This is the last version of Dia for Windows 2000.

Dia a Structured Diagram (Flowchart) drawing program similar to Microsoft
Visio.  These kind of diagrams are typically used for drawing electronic 
circuits and logic flowcharts.  

Note that for drawing objects such as Equipment Racks, the module "Draw"
in "Open Office" is a better choice.

"Extra_Shapes.zip" are extra shapes that can be added to Dia.  After 
unzipping the file, move the contents of the SHAPES folder into the 
"C:\Program Files\Dia\shapes" folder; and the contents of the SHEETS 
folder into the "C:\Program Files\Dia\sheets" folder.
