The Moyea FLV Editor Lite is a reduced capability 
free version of their standard Moyea FLV Editor.  
This Editor is primarily intended for trimming FLV 
format videos from Youtube; but you can also create 
videos by cutting or moving segments, or even adding 
in clips from other videos.  

A nice feature is the ability to edit the video and 
audio separately, so for emample, you could add 
background music to a silent video.
