This UPS software allows you to change the settings 
on your APC battery backup, including changing the 
alarms, battery conservation, and sensitivity settings.  

This is the last Win2k version of the software (although 
there isn't any Win2k reason to have an "updated" version).  


NOTE: When you install the software, it configures itself 
to load on computer startup (and an icon will appear in 
the "tray").  You can remove this auto startup only by 
removing the line from the Registry.
