The Comm One SNPP Client allows anyone on the Internet 
to quickly send an Alphanumeric Page to an SNPP server.   

Installation is -NOT- required.  Just place the program 
file "snpp_cl.exe" in a directory of your choice.  Note 
that the program will create a text file "names.txt" in 
the same directory as the program file.  This text file 
is the Clients address book of Names and Pager Numbers.  

You can store only one SNPP Server and Port to connect 
to, but you can change these at any time.  You can also 
store up to eight pre-defined messages.  The Server IP, 
Port, and Timeout settings, as well as the 8 pre-defined 
messages, are saved in the "C:\WINNT" directory, inside 
the file "snppcl.ini" (if this INI file is deleted, SNPP 
Client will revert these back to the default settings).
