Early releases of Microsoft Windows contain an older version of the 
Visual Basic DLL.  Unfortunately, much of the newer software that uses 
Visual Basic requires an updated Data Link Library.  

To upgrade Windows, simply drop this msvbvm60.dll file into the 
WINNT (or WINDOWS) SYSTEM32 directory.

Really old Windows programs were built using Visual Basic 3.0.  

If you get a message about "missing vbrun300.dll", simply drop this 
vbrun300.dll file into the WINNT (or WINDOWS) SYSTEM32 directory.

NOTE: Due to differing file names and isolated calls, there is NO conflict 
in having both msvbvm60.dll and vbrun300.dll on the computer simultaniously.
