Scribus is an Open Source professional Desktop Publishing program, that
brings a combination of "press-ready" output and new approaches to page 
layout. Underneath the modern and user friendly interface, Scribus 
supports professional publishing features, such as CMYK color, separations, 
Spot Colors, ICC color management and versatile PDF creation. 


Scribus can use Ghostscript for EPS and PostScript print preview 
purposes, so it is recommended that you install Ghostscript.  
WARNING: You must install Ghostscript -PRIOR- to installing Scribus.  


NOTE: This is the last Win2k version of Scribus.

Microsoft Windows 2000 does not have GDI+ native.  In order to use
Scribus on Win2k, you first have to place this GDIPLUS.DLL into the
WINNT SYSTEM32 (or WINDOWS SYSTEM) directory.
