Windows 2000 comes with a program called "Character Map" which 
provides the character codes for Fonts so you can use them in your 
programs.  In a way this program is a complement.  It provides the 
character codes for Colors.  
  
"What Color" is freeware from Kaptech Ltd..  Click on any color 
displayed anywhere on your monitor, and it will tell you both the 
RGB values for that color, and the HTML code.
