Auto Hide Cursor Free (ver 4.44) Freeware There is no native option to hide the mouse cursor in the Windows operating system, which means that you must manually move the mouse cursor out of the way. This is particularly annoying in fullscreen applications, when you would prefer not to see a cursor at all. Auto Hide Cursor Free is a tiny program that uses almost no resources. It does not even require installing. Just place the program in a directory of your choosing, and launch the executable. You can also configure the program to start with Windows, or appear in the Tray. The program works by using a configurable "count-down" timer. Whenever you stop moving the mouse, the timer counts down, and when it reaches zero, the cursor dissapears. Moving the mouse makes the cursor reappear, and resets the timer. NOTE: Older versions of the program created a file "AutoHideMouseCursor.ini" in the directory you keep the executable file.
