FreeOCR.net is Optical Character Recognition 
software based on the Tesseract engine (ver 2.03).  
The software will open PDF files and graphics 
files (gif, jpg, etc.), or scan a document in 
you Scanner (Twain source), which it can then  
convert into plain text.  You can edit the 
plain text made by the software, copy it to the 
clipboard, or save it as a file.  


NOTE: Requires .NET version 2.0 service pack 2.
